RESUMO | ABSTRACT
RESUMO: A presente pesquisa foi desenvolvida com professores do Ensino Fundamental 1, do município do Ipojuca- Pernambuco. Tendo como objetivo identificar o que os docentes entendem por Educação Financeira e se a mesma é trabalhada em sala de aula com os alunos. Tendo como base que o trabalho com a Educação Financeira já se encontra retratada em alguns livros didáticos e que a Base Curricular Comum Nacional menciona que esta temática pode ser trabalhada com os estudantes. Pelo fato de a referente pesquisa ainda esta em andamento, apenas 84 dos participantes responderam ao questionário no Google Docs, de um total de 589 questionários enviados, contendo quatro perguntas. Os resultados mostraram que a grande maioria dos professores não tem conhecimento do que seria Educação Financeira e que confundem com Matemática Financeira, entretanto sabem que é lidar com dinheiro. Outro dado importante, destes resultados é que os docentes afirmaram ter dificuldade em abordar tal conteúdo com seus alunos, por desconhecimento, mas, pretendem estudar mais sobre o assunto. Sendo assim, é importante programar formações na rede do município para poder trabalhar melhor com a temática em sala de aula, qualificando o educador para que este possa ter mais segurança ao trabalhar com a Educação Financeira nas suas aulas.
ABSTRACT: The present research was developed with teachers of Elementary School 1, of the municipality of Ipojuca- Pernambuco. With the objective of identifying what the teachers understand by Financial Education and if it is worked in the classroom with the students. Because the referent survey is still in progress, only 84 of the respondents answered the questionnaire in Google Docs, out of a total of 589 questionnaires sent, containing four questions. The results showed that the great majority of teachers are not aware of what Financial Education would be and that they confuse Financial Mathematics, however they know that it is dealing with money. Another important fact of these results is that the teachers stated that they had difficulty in approaching this content with their students, due to lack of knowledge, but they wanted to study more about it. Therefore, it is important to program formations in the municipal network to be able to work better with the theme in the classroom, qualifying the educator so that he can have more security when working with Financial Education in his classes.
