RESUMO | ABSTRACT

RESUMO: A educação a distância consiste num modo de aprendizagem contemporâneo profundamente implicado com as Tecnologias Digitais de Informações e Comunicações. É problematizada quando se refere às formas teórico-pedagógicas de condução do processo educativo bem como sua prática. O presente trabalho fundamenta-se em metodologia de pesquisa qualitativa, com abordagem históricohermenêutica das interrelações do humano com o mundo, no contexto do ensino-aprendizagem no ambiente virtual (AVA). Objetivou contribuir na ampliação da discussão da temática sobre Educação a Distância, com enfoque especial na explicitação e análise da importância da ação do Designer Instrucional (DI) no AVA. Nesse contexto, foram evidenciados, de forma concisa, alguns dos recursos de trabalho essenciais na atuação do DI, tais como: o Mapa de atividades, a Matriz e o Storyboard. A problemática sobre a identidade do DI, seu campo de trabalho e limitações de atuação, frente ao complexo e inovador campo da EaD, também foram discutidos.

ABSTRACT: The distance education consists of a modern learning approach deeply engaged on the technology of information and communication. Its problematic refers to the new pedagogical theory ways of conducting the learning process along with its practice. The research is based on qualitative exploration, with a historicalhermeneutic approach of the human connection with the world on the distance learning virtual environment context. It perceived the expansion of the distance learning issue, focused specially on the specific analysis of the importance of the instructional designer on the web environment. Under these circumstances, it was exposed, in a concise way, some essential work resources in the role of a virtual instructional designer, such as: the map of activities, the main source, and the storyboard. The problematic of the identity of the web designer, the working field and the limitations of the activity facing the complex and new field of distance learning were discussed.
